This wine is named after 'Maeve' our Golden Retriever who has a vibrant and effervescent personality. These qualities are reflected in this Vintage Sparkling Rose which is made from 100% Pinot Noir in the traditional method.
All wines are produced from organic, handpicked grapes and made with minimal intervention in the wine making process.

Winemaking Notes Grapes were handpicked, crushed then yeasted a day later. Hand plunged twice a day until sugar dryness. Pressed and sent into barrels for malolactic fermentation.
